For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step-overs
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push presses if needed. Scale muscle-ups to chest-to-bar pull-ups and ring dips.
