  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 40 Double-Unders
  • 12 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Double-Unders
  • 9 Toes-to-Bar

Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each set of Double-Unders unbroken, then move on to the Toes-to-Bar. Scale to single-unders as needed. Focus on keeping a consistent pace throughout the workout.
