EMOM Skill BoxEMOM for 20 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Box Jumps
- Even Minutes: 5 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment: Box
Instructions: Perform 10 box jumps on the odd minutes and 5 handstand push-ups on the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Scale the box height and handstand push-ups as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
