  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment: Wall Ball, Box, Pull-up Bar, Abmat, Rope


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Focus on pacing and breaking up reps strategically to push through the chipper.
