  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Bench Press (185/135 lbs)
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Remember to push yourself mentally and physically to overcome the challenges of this chipper workout.
