  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Box, Wall Ball


Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the chipper in order, performing all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique throughout the workout.
