Chipper Skill Wall BallFor Time:
- 50 Wall Balls
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Box Jumps
- 20 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Rope Climbs
Equipment:
- Wall Ball
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform each exercise in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form. Push yourself mentally and physically to complete the chipper within the time cap.
