  • 50 Double-unders
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Box (24/20 inches)
- Wall Ball (20/14 lbs)
- Speed Rope


Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Start with 50 double-unders, then move through the other movements in order. Focus on maintaining good form and breathing throughout the workout. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
