Tabata Skill Dumbbell

Tabata:


  • Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms) x 8 rounds
  • Dumbbell Lunges x 8 rounds
  • Dumbbell Thrusters x 8 rounds

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the workout.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds each. Rest 1 minute between movements. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself during the work intervals.
