EMOM Skill BoxEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Box Jumps (30/24")
- Minute 2: 15 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions: Perform the prescribed number of box jumps and toes-to-bar at the start of each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust box height as needed for skill level.
Note: Focus on explosive power for the box jumps and maintaining a strong kip for the toes-to-bar throughout the workout.
