For Time Strength GHD MachineFor Time:
- 50 GHD Sit-Ups
- 25 GHD Back Extensions
- 40 GHD Sit-Ups
- 20 GHD Back Extensions
- 30 GHD Sit-Ups
- 15 GHD Back Extensions
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
Instructions: Perform the prescribed number of reps for each exercise in order for time. Make sure to scale the reps if needed to maintain proper form and technique on the GHD machine.
