EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Bench Press
  • Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Complete 5 bench presses every odd minute and 10 handstand push-ups every even minute for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight and difficulty as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
