Tabata Weightlifting:


  • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)

Tabata Structure:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Complete all 8 rounds of Bench Press before moving on to the next exercise.


Score: Total reps completed for each movement.


Note: Focus on maintaining good form and maximizing reps during the work intervals. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata.
