  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Double Unders

Dumbbell: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken snatches


Skill Focus: Focus on efficient, smooth transitions between movements to keep a steady pace throughout the AMRAP. Jump straight into the next movement without resting too long in between.
