AMRAP Gymnastics GHD Machine

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 GHD Sit-ups, 15 Handstand Push-ups, and 20 Box Jumps. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed. Keep track of rounds and reps completed during the workout.
