  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 GHD Sit-ups, 15 Box Jumps, and 20 Kettlebell Swings. Focus on proper form and technique, especially during the GHD Sit-ups. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
