For Time:


  • 50 GHD Sit-ups
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- GHD Machine
- Wall Ball
- Box


Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form. Time cap: 20 minutes.
