  • 15 Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 12 Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
  • 9 Medicine Ball Thrusters

Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Perform each movement with proper form and full range of motion. Rest as needed, but keep moving throughout the entire duration of the workout.
