Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Medicine Ball Cleans
    2. Medicine Ball Squat Jumps

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Medicine Ball Cleans and Medicine Ball Squat Jumps.
- The Tabata structure will push your limits and test your endurance with the medicine ball.
- Focus on proper form to maximize the effectiveness of each movement.
