Tabata Weightlifting Medicine Ball

Tabata:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
- Medicine Ball Cleans
- Medicine Ball Sit-Ups


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of each movement within the 20-second work interval.
- Rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Alternate between Medicine Ball Cleans and Medicine Ball Sit-Ups for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
