Tabata Strength Medicine Ball

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Medicine Ball Squat Cleans
    • Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball (20/14 lbs)


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of each movement in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Alternate between the Medicine Ball Squat Cleans and Medicine Ball Russian Twists for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.


Notes:
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the Tabata intervals to maximize strength gains and avoid injury.
