Tabata Weightlifting Medicine BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Medicine Ball Cleans
- Medicine Ball Russian Twists
Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between the two.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
- Use a challenging weight for the medicine ball to push yourself.
- Rest as needed between rounds, but aim to keep intensity high throughout the workout.
