EMOM Strength Medicine BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Medicine Ball Cleans
- Even minutes: 10 Medicine Ball Front Squats
Medicine Ball Weight: 20/14lbs
Instructions: Perform 10 Medicine Ball Cleans on the odd minutes and 10 Medicine Ball Front Squats on the even minutes. Complete the designated reps within each minute and rest for the remainder of the minute. This workout will challenge both your strength and conditioning with the continuous work/rest intervals.
