EMOM Weightlifting Medicine BallEMOM for 15 minutes:
- 10 Medicine Ball Cleans
- 5 Medicine Ball Over-the-Shoulder Throws
Instructions:
- Start each minute with 10 Medicine Ball Cleans, then immediately perform 5 Medicine Ball Over-the-Shoulder Throws.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Choose a challenging weight for the medicine ball that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
- Focus on explosiveness and proper technique throughout the workout.
