  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
    • Medicine Ball Slams
    • Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Equipment: Medicine Ball


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to use proper form and engage your core throughout the workout.
