Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Squat Cleans
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Perform as many Medicine Ball Squat Cleans as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Focus on explosive power and proper form throughout the workout.
- Choose a challenging weight for the medicine ball that allows you to maintain good technique.
- Score is total number of reps completed across all 8 rounds.
