Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Medicine Ball Cleans
    • Medicine Ball Sit-Ups

Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Alternate between Medicine Ball Cleans and Medicine Ball Sit-Ups for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed.
