Tabata Weightlifting Medicine BallTabata:
- 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Cleans
- 10 seconds rest
- 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Squat Cleans
- 10 seconds rest
- Repeat for 8 rounds
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of each movement within the 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. Keep track of your total reps for each movement and aim to maintain or increase your reps throughout the workout.
