  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Medicine Ball Cleans
    2. Medicine Ball Sit-ups
    3. Medicine Ball Thrusters
    4. Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Use a challenging weight for the medicine ball to push your limits.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement.
