Tabata Weightlifting Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Medicine Ball Cleans
    2. Medicine Ball Sit-ups
    3. Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
    4. Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
- Weight for added resistance (optional)


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements. Keep track of your total reps for each movement and try to maintain consistency throughout the workout.
