  • 10 Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 15 Medicine Ball Sit-ups
  • 20 Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Medicine Ball Cleans, 15 Medicine Ball Sit-ups, and 20 Medicine Ball Russian Twists. Make sure to use proper form for each movement to maximize the effectiveness of the workout.
