Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Medicine Ball Cleans
    2. Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
    3. Medicine Ball Russian Twists
    4. Medicine Ball Slams

Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving to the next. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
