  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Cleans
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Medicine Ball Cleans in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Score is total number of reps completed in all 8 rounds.
- Medicine Ball weight should be challenging but allow for proper form throughout the workout.
