  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Sit-ups
  • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat this pattern for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes). Rest 1 minute between each movement.


Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
