Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Medicine Ball Cleans
    • Medicine Ball Squats

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Medicine Ball Cleans in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Rest 1 minute.
- Perform as many reps as possible of Medicine Ball Squats in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.


Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Score: Total reps completed for both exercises combined.
