Tabata Skill Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Medicine Ball Cleans
    2. Medicine Ball Sit-Ups
    3. Medicine Ball Slams

Skill Focus:
- Focus on technique and efficiency in each movement during the work intervals.


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each movement.
- Rest 1 minute between movements.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
