  • 20 seconds of Max Effort Wall Balls
  • 10 seconds Rest
  • 20 seconds of Max Effort Medicine Ball Sit-ups
  • 10 seconds Rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the workout.


Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at max effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds in total for a high-intensity Tabata workout.
