Tabata Strength Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternating between:
    • Medicine Ball Squat Cleans
    • Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Medicine Ball Squat Cleans in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then move on to Medicine Ball Russian Twists.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each exercise).
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
