  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
  • 10 seconds rest
  • Repeat for 8 rounds

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of each movement within the 20-second work period, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Make sure to maintain good form throughout the workout and push yourself to keep up the intensity for all 8 rounds.
