- 40 Medball Cleans
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Medball Sit-Ups
- 10 Medball Burpees

Time Cap: 12 Minutes
Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. The medball cleans should be done with the medicine ball starting on the ground and ending in a front rack position. For the medball sit-ups, touch the ball behind your head and touch it to the ground in front of your feet on each rep.
