Chipper Cardio Medicine BallChipper: For Time:
- 50 Wall Balls
- 40 Medball Sit-ups
- 30 Medball Cleans
- 20 Medball Burpees
- 10 Medball Over-the-Shoulder Throws
Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 15 Minutes.
Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. The wall balls should be done to a 10ft target. The medball sit-ups can be anchored if needed. For the medball cleans, start from the ground and finish in a front rack position. The medball burpees require a full push-up and jumping over the ball. Finally, the over-the-shoulder throws should be done with power and control.
