For Time:
- 50 Wall Balls
- 40 Russian Twists
- 30 Medball Cleans
- 20 Burpees over Medball
- 10 Medball Sit-ups


Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the reps of each exercise in order before moving on to the next. The wall balls should be done with the medball hitting a target at the specified height. Make sure to use proper form for each movement to avoid injury.
