  • Wall Balls x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Russian Twists x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Med Ball Cleans x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Med Ball Sit-ups x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds

Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Instructions: Complete each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
