- 15 Medicine Ball Sit-ups
- 20 Medicine Ball Russian Twists
- 10 Medicine Ball Squat Jumps

Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement, especially during the squat jumps to prevent injury. Have fun and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
