Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Squat Cleans
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Medicine Ball Squat Cleans as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on technique and explosiveness during each round.
