Tabata Weightlifting Medicine Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
1. Medicine Ball Clean
2. Medicine Ball Sit-ups
3. Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
4. Medicine Ball Russian Twists


Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball (20/14 lbs)


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed.
