EMOM Skill Medicine Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Wall Balls
  • Even minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the wall balls that allows you to complete the reps unbroken.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if needed.
- Focus on maintaining consistency throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving during each minute.
