Tabata:


  • Medicine Ball Cleans (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Medicine Ball Squat Press (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Medicine Ball Russian Twists (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
