Tabata Weightlifting Medicine BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Medicine Ball Cleans
- Medicine Ball Thrusters
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
- Tabata timer
Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Medicine Ball Cleans in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then switch to Medicine Ball Thrusters for the next 20 seconds.
- Alternate between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
