EMOM Weightlifting Medicine BallEMOM x 20:
- Odd Minutes: 15 Wall Balls
- Even Minutes: 5 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
Instructions:
- Complete 15 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
- At the start of each even minute, perform 5 Power Cleans. Rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Continue alternating between Wall Balls and Power Cleans for a total of 20 minutes.
